Q: How do I view my previous reports?
A: Click Review in the bottom right corner on the main page to see all your previous reports.
Q: How do I re-edit the submitted reports?
A: On the Review page of all your previous reports, click the one you want to edit to land on the details page. Use the Edit button on the top of the page to correct your report. After all edits are made, click Submit.
Q: How do I fill in the overdue reports?
A: Method 1: Click on the notification message on that day to fill out the report.
Method 2: Go to Workplace - Health Report, and the overdue reports will appear on the homepage. Click to fill them out.
Q: The location feature doesn't work. What should I do?
Q: How can I have permissions to set up the report rules?
A: The administrator (the creator of the organization) has the right to set up the report rules. If you want others to have the right to set up the rules, they will need to be the administrator. Please refer to Manage Apps in Lark: Permissions for detail.
Q: If my colleagues do not use Lark, can they still use this function?
A: Colleagues who do not use Lark or are not from the same company, will not be able to access Health Report. You can invite your colleagues to register Lark to use Health Report. Please refer to Manage users.
Q: How can I export employee Health Report data?
A: Administrators of Health Report app have the permission to view and export employee Health Report data.
Go to Workplace - Health Report on your Mobile app, click Dashboard on the upper right corner, select the report record you want to export and click Export to Lark Docs to export employee health data. If you need to export as a Word document, go to the exported doc and click Export as Word in the ... menu on the upper right corner.
