A: The formats currently supported are Word, Excel, CSV, and Shimo documents.
Q: How can I import Word, Excel, etc. as Lark docs or sheets?
A: You can import existing offline documents such as Word and Excel as online docs or sheets. You can choose to import a single document or batch import. Enter Lark Docs, click New in the upper right corner - Import as Online Docs.
Q: What formats are supported if I'd like to preview uploaded files?
A: You can upload any type of file to Lark Docs, among which file types such as documents, sheets, PPT, PDF, audio, video and code can be previewed directly online.
Q: What is the maximum size of a file to be uploaded?
A: The maximum size of a single uploaded file is up to 4GB.
Q: How can I export a doc or sheet?
A: Click the ... icon - Export as in the upper right corner to export. Currently, Docs can be exported as docx and PDF, and Sheets can be exported as CSV and Excel.
Q: Can I export all docs in one click?
A: This feature is not currently supported.
