Some emails, by default, require users to scan a QR code to log in. This way, users are unable to migrate email history. Therefore, users can set a login password so they can successfully migrate emails.
Note: To log in via password and migrate email history, please follow the steps below to set a password and confirm that secure login has been turned off.
- 1.Log in to email and click Set up.
- 2.Select account and click set password under Account security.
- 3.Enter the password and save changes.
- 4.Click MailboxBind and check whether you have turned on secure login on Safety Set up. If it is turned on, click Turn off secure login.
Note: When secure login is turned on, users cannot log in to the email by password, they can only do so by scanning a QR code.
