Frequency of clock-in/out in a day: maximum 3 times per day.
Flextime: employees are allowed to clock in within a time range as long as they satisfy their total daily working hours. For instance, if the normal working hour is 9:00-18:00, employees are allowed to clock in between 9:00 and 10:00.
Break time: break time at work will not be counted as working hours.
The system automatically clocks employees out at closing time, so manual clock-out is not necessary.

Members in the same attendance group clock in/out at the same time.
Click Add Shift, select the shift that has been created to replace the current shift.

Members can freely clock in/out anytime during the shift in the same attendance group. The system still records the location and Internet connection information of the clock-in/out.
Note: The shift type in the attendance group cannot be changed once it is created.
Members could freely choose from 3 attendance methods:
Clock in/out by GPS
Clock in/out by Wi-Fi
Clock in/out by Machine.
Members could still use the mini-program to clock in/out even if they choose none of these 3 attendance methods. However, this means the location and Internet connection information of their clock-in/out will not be recorded.
When members need to work and clock in/out remotely, they could enable the offsite option.
Clock in/out on The Desktop Version
When members need to clock in/out on their desktops, or when their Attendance app on their mobile phones is out of date, then they could choose to enable the option of clock-in/out on desktop.
Note: The desktop version only supports clock-in/out By Wi-Fi, while By location is not supported.
Note: For the attendance groups using face recognition, members in the group cannot clock in/out on desktop.
Clock-in/out by face recognition can be enabled to ensure the authenticity of the members. Once the option is enabled, the face data input of the members could be reviewed in the Face Recognition in the Attendance Admin console.
