This article illustrates how to create Asana tasks in Lark quickly.
Asana Connector is an official app provided by Lark Technology to help you create tasks with ease, stay informed in real time, conduct team collaboration and project management effectively. Once configured, you can create tasks by typing commands in group or private chats on Asana. At the same time, you can receive notifications when a task is updated or new task on Asana.
Conditions of use: the enterprise administrator has enabled application administration from App Directory
1. Go to Asana Connector
Go to Lark, search for Asana Connector in the top left corner of the search bar, then click the app, and you will see the configuration. Click the configuration to authorize.
Go to the authorization web page, return to the Lark app configuration page after the authorization is successful.
2. Notification Settings
After configuring an account, organization, project and more, you can set up reminders when a task is completed, updated or a new task in Asana. Finally, save the configuration.
You will be notified of the successful configuration and task change in Asana.
3. Group Chat Settings
By adding Asana Connector to group chats in Settings, you can create tasks and receive task change notifications in specific group chats.
Enter the command "create task name" in a private chat or a group chat with Asana Connector to create a task, such as: @Asana Connector to create UX. Or simply type the command, such as @Asana Connector to create a task.
Click Continue to Create, and you will go to the Create Details page to fill in the task information.
