With the Intercom Connector, you can now receive instant notifications about when a lead is converted, an inquiry dialog is updated, customers are transferred, or dialogues unallocated all within Lark.
I. Who can use Intercom Connector
Intercom Connector can be used only when the organization has an Intercom account, and the company administrator has downloaded this app from the .
II. Install Intercom Connector
Note: Only if you are the administrator in Intercom and Lark, can you configure the connector for your members in Lark.
1. Go to Admin Console.
2. Locate Application Tab on the left and select App List.
3. Select the Intercom Connector.
III. Configure Intercom Connector
2. Enter any text into the dialog box with Intercom Connector.

4. Sign in with an Intercom account.

6. Return to Lark and complete the notification settings.
