If you encounter any problems when using Lark apps or have suggestions about how we can improve, you can submit feedback to our app developers through the in-app feedback channel.
Your feedback helps our developers improve app features and give you a better user experience.
There are two ways to submit feedback.
Method 1: Mini Program Menu
Note: This is currently only available on the mobile client.
1. Go to Workplace and click the relevant app.
2. Click the menu button in the top-right corner and Feedback.
3. Enter the description and upload images if necessary. Then, click Submit.
Method 2: Bot Name Card
Note: This can only be used for apps that support bots.
Go to the name card of the relevant bot and click Feedback.
After sending feedback, you will be redirected to the conversation window of the app's Help Desk.
Your feedback will be displayed on this interface and an app developer will reply as soon as possible.
